2nd Super Robot War OG New Famitsu Scans(Updated)

Despite it's release date shifted to TBA(To Be Announced),two new scans regarding 2nd Super Robot War OG have been leaked from Famitsu.

PS3 Super Robot Wars OG Delayed

Namco Bandai announced today that 2nd Super Robot Wars OG won't be making its intended September 29 release date. The PS3 title is now flagged as date TBA.

As reason for the delay, Namco Bandai said that it hopes to deliver a product that meets player satisfaction.

Super Robot Wars OGs2 Trailer Coming on Friday

You'll soon be able to stop imagining what a PlayStation 3 version of Super Robot Wars OGs2 looks like. Namco Bandai will be releasing a trailer for 2nd Super Robot Wars OG on the 17th.

SRWOGII New scans

Some latest Famitsu scans have been leaked. Along with some returning characters, Rim is the new character shown to be appearing in OGs 2.

SRWOGs 2 Announced

This a new video game announcement for PS3. SRWOGs 2 is slated to be released sometime in August. Most of the previous originals return, along with new originals and obviously, newer robots. Not only will it have traditional 2D animations (yay!) it will also be on the PlayStation 3 (super yay!). Apparently, the animations will specifically make use of the HD resolution the console can offer.

Considering the last HD SRW game was XO on the 360 (and even that was a port of SRW GC) the fact we now have a proper 2D SRW coming to a modern console is utterly fantastic news.
